Onboarding Group Session

Learn what group coaching is and is not, how to adopt a coaching mindset, and how to show up to sessions. 30-minute virtual session.

 Interactive Group Sessions

6 interactive group coaching sessions held once per month, focused on themes relevant to professional and personal development. Virtual sessions are 90 minutes in length.

1:1 Sessions

Receive personalized guidance at the beginning and midway through the program to maximize your growth and clarify their goals. Virtual sessions are 30 minutes in length.

What is the duration of the Leadership Development for Science Professionals program?

The program includes onboarding and six-monthly group coaching sessions, totaling approximately six months, with one session per month for six months.

What are the enrollment requirements for the program? Who is eligible for the program?

For our first cohorts in Jan’25, participants must be alumni of the Rutgers Master of Business and Science (MBS) degree program. We will open the program to all science professionals later in 2025.

$2,500 value; $1800 preferred pricing for alumni.

While there are no formal prerequisites, participants should have a background in science and some experience in leadership or team roles.

No prior experience is needed! The program is designed to meet participants where they are and provides guidance throughout.

Can I benefit from the program if I’m not currently in a leadership role?

What if I can’t attend one of the sessions?
