Experience the transformative power of Designing Your Work Life, where you’ll explore and reimagine possible futures within your organization. Through a creative, hands-on process, you’ll design three distinct five-year roadmaps — known as “Odysseys” — for your career progression at your organization. In this Designing Your Odysseys workshop, you will uncover new ideas, challenge limiting assumptions, and gain greater clarity, confidence, and strategies for the road ahead.
